North Shore at Lake Marion is the premier gated community of North Santee in Summerton, South Carolina. The amenities package at North Shore at Lake Marion is impressive not only by its natural amenities such as boating, fishing and miles of hiking and biking trails, but for the carefully designed amenities to meet the needs of everyone in your family.

Clubhouse

On-site amenities include an expansive, 2,500-square-foot clubhouse designed to be a gathering place for residents. Brimming with creature comforts, such as a fitness and wellness center (anticipated in 2010), an education center, a community room, playground (anticipated in 2010) and a catering kitchen, residents will be able to enjoy dining and special events.

Pool

Located near the clubhouse, the 69,000-gallon outdoor swimming pool is available for swimming laps or relaxing afternoon with the family.  Furnished with lounge chairs and tables, the surrounding patio area is a relaxing place to unwind in the afternoon or visit with family and friends.

Fitness Center

Located in the clubhouse and designed with residents of all ages in mine, the fitness center will be equipped with state-of-the art equipment.  Fitness Center is anticipated to open in Fall 2010.
